We are administrated/managed by a Board of Directors (Conselho de Administração) and an Executive Committee (Diretoria), in accordance with our bylaws.

Board of Directors

The Board of Directors is our collegiate resolution body, and responds for the establishment and orientation of our businesses, including our long-term strategy and the control and benchmarking of our performance. It's also responsible, amongst other attributions, for supervising the management by our Executive Officers and for choosing our independent auditors. According to corporate law, each members of the Board of Directors must be a holder of at least one share issued by us.

Edson Pereira Duda. Mr. Duda is a graduate in Business Management and boasts a vast experience in negotiation and strategy in commerce and industry. Natalina Sacchi Duda. Natalina is an Economist, graduate of PUC/PR, an MBA in Business Management from FGV, an M.A.in Economic Engineering from PUC, an M.A. in Finances by FAE/CDE, an M.A. in Human Resources from Universitá Degli Studi di Urbino – Pesaro/Itália. A Financial-Adminsitrative Director of ICD Coatings S/A., 1999 to 2005; a Financial-Administrative Director of RESIBRIL Química S/A., 1991 to 1999; a Managing Partner of Qualitipetrol Química Ltda., 1987 -1991; Financial Analyst, Gelli C. Richard Samuel Elman. Mr. Elman is founder and CEO of NOBLE GROUP LTD., boasting over 40 years of experience in the commercialization of industrial commodities. Prior to the creation of the NOBLE GROUP LTD. in 1986, he was a Regional Director of operations in Asia for Phibro, in New York, for 10 years, including two years as a member of the Board of Directors.

Harindarpal Singh Banga. Mr. Banga has been Vice-President of NOBLE GROUP LTD., since 1994; a Master Mariner, he boasts extensive experience in international sea logistics. Since 1979, he has worked at several levels of the industry across the world, from Europe and London to Hong Kong. He entered Noble Group Ltd. in 1989, via Noble Chartering Limited. An associate member of the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers. A member of the Institute of Directors and of the Executive Committee of the Hong Kong Shipowners Association.

Adriano Virgílio Bazzo. Mr. Bazzo is a Technologist in Financial Management specialized in Finances and Control at the National Institute of Post-Graduation. He is an MBA in Management and Business Law from FGV, Business Management from INDEG/ISCTE – Lisbon and a PMD from the IESE Business School - Barcelona. Mr. Bazzo was the General Director of Resibril Química S.A for eight years and has been with us since 2005, having acted first as a Management-Financial Executive Director, and since 2008 as a Director for Management and Information Technology.

Thomas Pol Clemens Buschhausenn. Mr. Thomas is an International Business Administrator graduated from BildungsCentrun der Wirtschaft e. V. – Essen/Germany – Industrial Business Management Assistant from IFPA (Humbolt School) – São Paulo/Brasil. Boasts experience in sales, construction and railway maintenance. Is a founding partner and Director of JT&Partners Ferrovias Ltda.; CEO/President and Director of Ferrovias Brasil Ltda. 2000 to 2001; a Sales Manager for Latinamerica at KRUPP GESELLSCHAFT FÜR ANLAGEN, BAU UND GLEISTECHNIK LTD, 1996 to 1999; a Projects Manager of FERROSTAAL AG and Railway, Mine and Plantation Ltd.
